At Minty Greenhouse, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to read through our returns and refunds policy so you know exactly how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.


Change of Mind


We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully — and feel free to reach out before purchasing if you need help.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition they were received
  • Returned with original packaging

Planters that have been planted in are not eligible for return.


To process your return, we’ll require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Sale Items


Items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.


Plants & Living Goods

Due to the nature of living products:

  • We do not accept returns on plants
  • We do not offer refunds for plant health after delivery

Each plant is unique, and variations are part of their natural character.


Damaged in Transit


If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos
  • Keep all packaging


We’ll organise a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.


Faulty Items


For faulty non-living items, please contact us within 7 days.


We’ll assess and provide a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Delayed or Lost Orders


If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
