Running a small business means packing every order with a whole lot of care and just a little bit of organised chaos. From fragile ceramics to leafy green friends, every order is packed thoughtfully to help it arrive safely and looking its best.
Because not all products can be packed or shipped in the same way, we use different shipping categories across our website to keep delivery costs as fair and accurate as possible.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We offer Australia-wide shipping on selected homewares, gifts, plant care and lifestyle products.
Shipping is calculated according to the packaged size and weight of your order:
- Small parcel shipping starts from $10.95
- Medium parcel shipping starts from $16.95
- Large and fragile-item shipping is calculated separately according to the delivery state
Small and Medium parcel rates are available Australia-wide for eligible orders weighing up to 5 kg once packaged.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Please note:
- Shipping timeframes may vary during busy periods
- Rural and regional areas may experience longer delivery times
- Parcel Lockers can be used where the packaged order meets Australia Post’s size requirements
- Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel
Large & Fragile Items
Ceramic pots, glass items, large planters and other fragile products require additional protective packaging and handling.
Shipping for eligible Large items is calculated according to the delivery state:
- Victoria: $35.95
- New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania: $39.95
- Queensland: $47.95
- Western Australia and Northern Territory: $56.96
Large or fragile items may:
- have a higher shipping rate due to their packaged size
- be sent separately from the rest of your order
- require more than one parcel
- be available for Local Delivery or Click & Collect only
Some especially bulky products cannot be shipped through our standard courier service and will not display a shipping option at checkout. These products are available through Local Delivery or Click & Collect. You’re also welcome to contact us before ordering so we can check whether a separate freight quote is possible.
We always aim to keep shipping as fair and reasonable as possible while making sure your goodies arrive safely.

Plants
Our plants prefer not to travel by courier.
To ensure they arrive healthy and happy, all live plants are available through:

- Click & Collect
Plant delivery may be delayed during extreme heat, severe weather or other conditions that could affect plant health. If this happens, we’ll arrange delivery for the next suitable day so your plants arrive in the best possible condition.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery across Frankston, Bayside, Casey and the Mornington Peninsula, including selected plant, homewares and gift purchases.
Delivery availability, fees and minimum order values vary by location and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Frankston City Local Delivery

Available across Frankston, Frankston South, Frankston North, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Langwarrin South and Baxter.
Bayside & Mornington Delivery
Delivery Fee: $20
Minimum Order: $30
Free on Orders Over: $100
Delivery Days: Monday–Friday
Available across selected Bayside suburbs including Patterson Lakes, Bonbeach, Chelsea, Edithvale, Aspendale, Mordialloc, Mount Eliza, Mornington, Somerville and Pearcedale.
Western Port & Casey Delivery
Delivery Fee: $25
Minimum Order: $50
Free on Orders Over: $150
Delivery Days: Monday–Wednesday
Available across Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs, Lyndhurst, Lynbrook, Hampton Park, Clyde, Clyde North, Tyabb, Hastings and Moorooduc.
Southern Peninsula Delivery
Delivery Fee: $35
Minimum Order: $75
Free on Orders Over: $200
Delivery Days: Thursday & Friday
Available across Bittern, Crib Point, Balnarring, Somers, Mount Martha, Dromana, Safety Beach, Arthurs Seat, Red Hill and McCrae.
Southern Peninsula Extended Delivery
Delivery Fee: $35
Minimum Order: $100
Free on Orders Over: $250
Delivery Day: Friday
Available across Shoreham, Point Leo, Merricks, Main Ridge, Flinders, Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Sorrento, Portsea and surrounding areas.
Orders are delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area. Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.
Local delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Live plants are available through Local Delivery or Click & Collect only and cannot be shipped by courier. This helps ensure your plants arrive healthy, happy and ready to thrive in their new home.
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from our Frankston store.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready for collection.

Orders With Multiple Shipping Categories
If your cart contains products from different shipping categories, the applicable shipping rates may combine at checkout.
For example, Small or Medium parcel products ordered alongside a Large ceramic pot may require separate packaging. This can result in more than one shipping charge being applied to the order.
Where products can be packed safely together within the same shipping category, the rate will be calculated using their combined packaged weight.
We know shipping isn’t always the fun part, but we do our best to balance safe delivery with fair pricing.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged product
- photos of the external packaging
- photos showing how the product was packaged inside the box
Please keep the damaged item and its packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. We’ll work with you to sort things out as quickly as possible.
