• Plants and handmade items will naturally vary

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, update product information, or discontinue items at any time.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and trusted providers. We do not store your payment details.

Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This doesn’t guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• An item is unavailable
• There’s an error in pricing or product details
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Plants & Living Goods

Plants are living, ever-changing products — and no two are exactly the same.

By purchasing plants from us, you acknowledge:

• Natural variation is normal
• Plants may change due to seasonality and growth

Once a plant leaves our care, we’re not responsible for its ongoing health or performance.

Care Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Research appropriate plant care
• Provide suitable conditions
• Monitor plant health

We’re always happy to provide aftercare advice and guidance to help your plants settle in — just reach out if you need a hand.

We do not offer guarantees on plant longevity.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Minty Greenhouse and cannot be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minty Greenhouse is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our products or website.
