Running a small business means packing every order with a whole lot of care and just a little bit of organised chaos. From fragile ceramics to leafy green friends, every order is packed thoughtfully to make sure it arrives safely and looking its best.

Because not all products ship the same way, we’ve created a few different shipping categories across our website to keep things as fair and accurate as possible.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer Australia-wide shipping on selected homewares, gifts, plant care and lifestyle products.

Standard parcel shipping starts from $16.95 Australia-wide, with larger or fragile items calculated separately based on size, weight and handling requirements.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and fragility of your order. Larger or bulky items may increase shipping costs at checkout due to the protective packaging required to safely send them on their way.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please note:

  • Shipping timeframes may vary during busy periods
  • Rural and regional areas may experience longer delivery times
  • We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers for some oversized items
Fragile & Oversized Items

Ceramic pots, glass items, large planters and oversized décor require additional protective packaging and handling.

Shipping for large ceramic pots and oversized décor generally starts from $29.95 due to the protective packaging required.

These items may:

  • incur higher shipping rates
  • ship separately from the rest of your order
  • be available for local delivery or pickup only

We always aim to keep shipping as fair and reasonable as possible while making sure your goodies arrive safely.

Because nobody wants a smashed pot.

Plants

Our plants prefer not to travel by courier.

To ensure they arrive healthy and happy, all live plants are available for:

  • Local Delivery
  • Click & Collect

only.

Plant availability for delivery may vary depending on weather conditions and delivery location. During periods of extreme heat, severe weather or other conditions that may impact plant health, we may delay delivery to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery across Frankston, Bayside, Casey and the Mornington Peninsula, including selected plant, homewares and gift purchases.

Delivery availability, fees and minimum order values vary by location and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Frankston City Local Delivery

Bayside & Mornington Delivery

Delivery Days: Monday–Friday

Available across selected Bayside suburbs including Patterson Lakes, Bonbeach, Chelsea, Edithvale, Aspendale, Mordialloc, Mount Eliza, Mornington, Somerville and Pearcedale.

Western Port & Casey Delivery

Delivery Fee: $25
Minimum Order: $50
Free on Orders Over: $150
Delivery Days: Monday–Wednesday

Available across Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs, Lyndhurst, Lynbrook, Hampton Park, Clyde, Clyde North, Tyabb, Hastings and Moorooduc.

Southern Peninsula Delivery

Delivery Fee: $35
Minimum Order: $75
Free on Orders Over: $200
Delivery Days: Thursday & Friday

Available across Bittern, Crib Point, Balnarring, Somers, Mount Martha, Dromana, Safety Beach, Arthurs Seat, Red Hill and McCrae.

Southern Peninsula Extended Delivery

Delivery Fee: $35
Minimum Order: $100
Free on Orders Over: $250
Delivery Day: Friday

Available across Shoreham, Point Leo, Merricks, Main Ridge, Flinders, Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Sorrento, Portsea and surrounding areas.

Orders are delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please get in touch before placing your order.

Please note that local delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Live plants are available via Local Delivery or Click & Collect only and cannot be shipped via courier. This helps ensure your plants arrive healthy, happy and ready to thrive in their new home.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available from our Frankston store.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready for collection.

Multiple Shipping Categories

If your cart contains items from different shipping categories, shipping costs may combine at checkout.

For example, standard homewares and oversized ceramic pots may require separate packaging or handling, which can increase shipping costs.

We know shipping isn’t always the fun part, but we do our best to balance safe delivery with fair pricing.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damage
  • photos of the packaging

We’ll work with you to sort things out as quickly as possible.
