Snow White | Aglaonema sp. | 100mm Nursery Pot

Product Description

A little snow, a lot of tropical charm! Meet the Snow White Aglaonema, a gorgeous indoor plant that brings a fresh splash of colour to your collection. With its beautiful creamy-white leaves, scattered green speckles and deep green margins, this leafy little showstopper certainly knows how to make an impression. And the best part? No two leaves are quite the same!

Also known as Chinese Evergreen, Aglaonemas are loved for their lush foliage and wonderfully easy-going personalities. Snow White is particularly special thanks to its bright, heavily variegated leaves that can instantly lift a space. Its compact, bushy growth makes it a lovely choice for desks, shelves, bedside tables or anywhere that could use a little leafy brightness.

Don't let those fancy leaves fool you, either! Snow White is relatively low maintenance and wonderfully rewarding to grow. Give it a cosy spot with plenty of indirect light, a drink when the soil starts to dry and a little attention now and then, and it'll happily bring its tropical charm to your home. Perfect for beginners wanting something a little different or collectors who can't resist beautiful foliage.

The Details

• Botanical Name: Aglaonema 'Snow White'
• Common Name: Snow White Aglaonema, Chinese Evergreen
• Pot Size: 100mm Nursery Pot
• Plant Type: Tropical Evergreen Perennial

Light

Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its beautiful creamy-white variegation and encourage healthy growth. Can tolerate moderate light, although growth may slow and the foliage may become greener. Avoid harsh, direct sunlight, particularly during the afternoon, as the lighter leaves can scorch.

Watering

Allow the top few centimetres of potting mix to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly, allowing excess water to drain away, and avoid leaving the plant sitting in water. Snow White prefers a little drying time between drinks rather than constantly damp soil.

Feeding

Feed year-round with a balanced liquid fertiliser to support healthy foliage and steady growth. Adjust the frequency according to its growth rate, feeding less often during cooler periods when growth naturally slows.

Growing

Naturally compact and bushy, Snow White prefers a loose, well-draining potting mix that retains a little moisture without becoming waterlogged. It enjoys warm indoor temperatures and moderate to high humidity but generally adapts well to typical household conditions. Keep away from cold draughts and sudden temperature changes.

Pet Friendly?

No. Like other Aglaonemas, Snow White contains insoluble calcium oxalate crystals and is toxic to cats, dogs and humans if chewed or ingested. Best kept away from curious pets and little hands.

Good to Know

Snow White's beautiful variegation is what makes this variety so special! Some leaves may be predominantly creamy-white with scattered green markings, while others display larger patches of green. This natural variation is all part of its charm.

Because Snow White has a higher proportion of pale foliage than many other Aglaonemas, it appreciates brighter indirect light to maintain healthy growth. Just remember that those beautiful light-coloured leaves are also more sensitive to harsh direct sunlight.

• As plants are living things, every plant is unique and natural variations in size, colour and fullness should be expected.

• The plant you receive may not be the exact one pictured, but we'll always hand-pick a beautiful, healthy plant we'd happily display in our own home.
