Light
Prefers bright indirect light or artificial lighting indoors. Avoid harsh direct sun which may damage foliage.

Watering
Water well when grown in pots, allowing the potting mix to almost dry between waterings. In terrariums, water sparingly. Keep slightly drier during winter.

Temperature
Growth speeds up above 20°C. Between 10–20°C growth will slow considerably. Protect from cold temperatures, heaters and draughts.

Growth Habit
Produces ornate foliage up to approximately 20cm long, with mature plants reaching around 40cm tall. Can be pruned to encourage smaller clustered growth and maintain a compact shape.

Extra Care Tips
To keep compact long term, allow the plant to mature slightly before removing the central growth point to encourage smaller plantlets to form. Repeat every year or two as needed.
