Good to Know

This is a ready-potted plant, meaning the Button Fern 'Duffii' has been planted directly into the Mini Oslo Planter rather than sitting inside a separate nursery pot. We've used our specially blended Tropical Mix to provide a balance of moisture retention, aeration and drainage, giving this little fern a great start in its new home.

The planter features a drainage hole and matching saucer, allowing excess water to escape after watering. Empty any collected water from the saucer to prevent the roots from sitting in moisture.

Button Fern 'Duffii' is loved for its miniature, button-shaped leaflets and gently arching fronds. Its delicate foliage can become dry or crispy if exposed to prolonged dry conditions, so consistent moisture and a little extra humidity will help keep it looking lush. As it matures, its fronds may gradually extend beyond the planter, creating a beautifully soft, cascading display.

• We photograph all of our plants ourselves whenever possible, so the images shown are a true representation of what we have in store.
